Church Projects
The degree and scope of services provided to churches has been quite varied over the last few years. Typical packages include :
- Feasibility Study Package.
- Partial Service Package. Here we prepare construction drawings, obtain necessary approvals, and then leave you to make arrangements with your chosen builder or to undertake the work yourselves.
- Full Service Package. The Partial Service Package is extended to include contract administration. We prepare formal contract documents, make regular inspections of the construction work in progress, prepare certificates for payment to builders at regular intervals during the program, and monitor the defects liability period of the construction work.
Many of our church alteration projects also stem from our Disability Access Audits.
