Andrew Hinsull completed studies in architectural technology at the City Of Birmingham Polytechnic, subsequently the Birmingham City University, in 1978 with a distinction in the Measurement and Economics of Building.  He was admitted to full membership of the British Institute of Architectural Technologists following a period of professional practice. 

The Institute has since received it’s Grant of Royal Charter from Her Majesty The Queen and is now known as the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, which demonstrates the members’ professionalism, ability and competence in being chartered professionals.

Prior to establishing his own practice in 1992, Andrew worked with architectural practices in Edgbaston, Kings Norton, Birmingham City Centre, Dudley and Sutton Coldfield, gaining experience in a broad range of projects from small domestic works to major building projects of £20 - £30 million.  The projects included social & executive housing, churches, offices, commercial premises, schools and healthcare, in both new-build and refurbishment fields.

In addition to being a Chartered Architectural technologist, Andrew is also a Member of The Centre for Accessible Environments, and a Member of The Evangelical Alliance.
